About the role
We are looking for a Support Specialist in the area of PIM (Product Information Management) for our Business Unit Health & Medical. Our PIM system is a global solution used by all local markets for providing high quality and up to date product information in all our digital solutions (Brand Websites, Webshops, etc).
In this important role you will act as first line support and ensure that our end users are getting support when needed in order to fulfill their tasks, either by guiding them in how to use functions in the system, or by executing certain functions that are not available to local users. You will also be responsible for training users on a regular basis and updating training material when needed.
You will be part of our Global Digital Solutions Team and work closely with other specialists within our PIM community. You will report to Global Digital Director, Health & Medical, and will be located in our office in Mölndal.

What you will do
Monitor support mailbox on a daily basis
Guide users on how to use global functions
Hands-on support with certain actions that local administrators are not authorized to perform
Troubleshooting when published local assortment is not as expected
Report relevant issues in our service management tool
Escalate to 2nd and 3rd line support as needed
Maintain training material and user guides
Perform end user trainings on a regular basis
Support roll-out of new markets and/or brands
Inform about upcoming product launches, together with Global Marketing & Communications teams
Experience and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferable marketing or IT background
Experience of product information management (PIM) and/or end user support
Excellent in English, verbal and written
Good understanding of digital marketing and of the technology required for mobile and web.
