Cyber Security Manager, OT

About the role

Your role is to work with Operational Technology (OT) cyber security of implementing and maintaining e.g. OT network monitoring, endpoint protection, logging and acting as a link with business units and cyber security team. Our team is responsible for providing centralised cyber security services of IT (Information Technology), OT (Operational Technology) and IAM (Identity & Access management).

About you

As a person, you are a team player with a can-do attitude and can get things done. You feel comfortable with solving technical problems, being in touch with people, and acting on your initiative to drive progress and improvements. 

To succeed in this role we hope you have

• At least 3 years of experience in at least one of the following domains: Industrial control systems, Computer networks, Cyber Security or System Administration

• Cyber security mindset
• Good knowledge of OT and industrial operation principles
• Technical hands-on experience for example:
  • IndustrialProtocols ( Modbus, IEC6850, IEC104, etc.)
  • TCP/IP networks (Packet Switchable Networks, ISO/OSI model, firewalls)
  • Security tools (endpoint protection, IDS/IPS, SIEM)
  • Operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English, in both technical and non-technical contexts
• Academic education in computer sciences/automation engineering/engineering or equivalent work experience

The preferred location for this role is in Vaasa, or alternatively our Espoo office. We work flexibly in a hybrid model, that adapts to both your professional and personal needs. The role includes occasional travelling in the Nordics.
