Sales Manager Box Sales (m/f/d)

 

to join our team working for a better future. 

 

All ANCS locations in Germany, Denmark, Norway, Italy, The Netherlands or UK are possible locations.


What you will be doing 

 

This position will focus on establishing and nurturing relationships with integrators, distributors, and partners to drive our expansion and market penetration. 
 
Accountabilities: 

 

  • Accountable for order intake within responsibility area. 
  • Accountable for margins/profitability 
  • Accountable for increased customer satisfaction level through consistent communication and support  
  • Accountable for quality and timely response for inquiries, quotations and orders 

 
As Sales Manager your work will focus on these key responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead the establishment and rapid growth of a new sales function, focusing on strategic partner development and network expansion. 
  • Identify, recruit, and secure new partners, including integrators and distributors, that align with our strategic objectives to penetrate new market segments. 
  • Develop and execute robust sales strategies and plans that ensure achievement of company sales targets and expansion goals. 
  • Foster strong relationships with new and existing partners, acting as a primary point of contact to ensure partners are engaged, supported, and motivated. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Partner Management and the rest of the Box Sales teams to align strategies and optimize partner integration and product distribution. 
  • Provide thought leadership and insights on market trends, competitor activities, and potential for new market penetrations. 
  • Negotiate and close agreements with key partners, ensuring compliance and alignment with our corporate goals and standards. 
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to ensure real-time understanding of the effectiveness of the sales strategy and its execution. 
  • Actively collaborate with and provide consultation with internal and external stakeholders and customer groups. 
  • Active use of available sales tools 
  • Prepare all relevant technical documents & presentations. 

 
To be successful in this role we expect you to have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 
  • Proven experience in sales management, particularly in building and growing new markets, with a minimum of 5 years in a sales role. 
  • Network in the maritime industry, good understanding of stakeholders in the sales process. 
  • Very good negotiation and communication skills. 
  • Strong track record of developing new business and effectively managing distributor and integrator relationships. 
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus. 
  • Deep understanding of sales strategies and dynamics within the maritime sectors. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with a wide range of differing cultural backgrounds. 
  • Willingness to travel as required within the designated region and internationally. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
