We offer

A unique role as Financial Analyst in the FP&A for SG&A and Technology team, where you will be leading financial performance management, planning and analysis of SG&A, overseeing a global spend of over $6 billion.  

You will be a trusted advisor providing insights to senior leadership team to influence decision making.

You will be based in Copenhagen and be part of a fun and highly engaged team.

Key Responsibilities

As an Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst, you will be an integral part of our global finance team, providing critical insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.

Other key tasks:

  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities: Oversee and manage a global spend of over $6 billion

  • Own financial performance management and reporting framework. Develop and deliver insightful presentations and reports for senior executives, translating financial data into compelling narratives that influence strategic decision-making

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize business performance

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering guidance and expertise on key financial matters and business initiatives

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to align financial goals and drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Finance combined with experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, strategic planning, business analytics or management consulting roles within a global organization.

You have exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to distill complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Furthermore you:

  • Are self-starting person who is able to manage projects without much supervision, driven by a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Are used to and enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced and changing environment dealing with a lot of different tasks at the same time and being able to work against tight deadlines
  • Have a passion for proactively collaborating with global colleagues across multiple functions and cultures
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, SAP Analytics Cloud or similar
  • Have a high degree of change readiness and energy to adjust to dynamic changes in our business environment continuously
