About the role
At If, we take a holistic approach to quality, expending it from merely testing the code. The focus is shifted to preventing quality issues from happening in the first place. This means early involvement into the development process, including ideation, planning, design, and implementation stages.
As a Software Quality Engineer at Digital Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of both mobile and web applications. This position involves a blend of manual and automated testing, making it ideal for someone with experience in, or a strong desire to learn, test automation technologies such as Appium and Selenium.
You will be a fully integrated member of a scrum team, and a part of a larger Quality Engineering chapter of specialists allocated to other scrum teams. You will be supported by other QE´s, in a collaborative environment that encourages learning and self-growth.

Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for both mobile and web application platforms.
Perform hands-on manual and automated testing, identifying issues and ensuring software quality.
