Would you like to work with the shaping of the future payment offering in Nordea? We are now looking for a Senior Business Developer, in the role of Product Manager for e-Invoice and Autogiro, to join our Nordic Retail Payments team in Transaction Banking Product Management unit – part of Nordea Payments & Cash Management Hub. We are on the exiting journey in establishing the future Nordic payment offering enabled by payment industry changes.

As a Product Manager you play a valuable role in defining our product roadmaps, developing new products and services and understanding both customer needs and market and payment industry movements.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead business development initiatives for new features and improvements
  • Co-ordinate, drive and support, tasks and initiatives that improve and harmonise the customer product offering
  • Support projects and workstreams to ensure they deliver on our business requirements and defined outcomes
  • Ensure product offerings are profitable through managing the P&L, adhering to KPIs and maintaining performance metrics
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders and industry bodies to define and communicate about the product roadmap
  • Influence the direction of the product offering and supporting the future strategic direction for e-Invoice and Autogiro in Nordea

You’ll join a a Nordic team of professionals passionate about payments. We are responsible for efficient mobile/e-commerce payment methods, as well as e-invoicing and collection services for our customers across the Nordics. The team is also part of the Nordea Payments & Cash Management Hub where ~500 colleagues are working on implementing changes across the payments domain. The role is based in Oslo.

Your experience and background: 

  • Strategic mindset and analytical skills
  • Experience from banking, consultancy or IT organisation
  • High level of industry and product expertise in the payments industry
  • Experience of Agile development frameworks (e.g. SAFe)
  • Energy and passion for serving our customers
  • A driver mentality, positive and can do attitude
  • Understanding of customer needs and processes as well as bank interaction
