Marketing Automation Specialist - temporary position
THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you a dynamic marketer with a passion for automation and customer relationship management (CRM)?
We are now looking for a talented individual to join our Marketing Automation & CRM team as a Marketing Automation Specialist temporarily for 18 months, covering parental leave. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced environment, working with cutting-edge tools and technologies to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be a key player in leading and executing our automated customer journey communication flows across devices. You’ll join a young and dynamic team from all around the world that works across channels (email, app, SMS, onsite) to increase revenue from existing customers.
At Boozt you will learn about CRM and Marketing Automation and become a key player in developing and executing our direct-to-consumer communication across all markets combining comprehensive data sources with consumer insights.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will create and execute our data-driven direct-to-consumer communications
You will create a personalized and locally relevant customer journey
You will maintain and update current customer journeys
You will plan, set up, and execute personalized content blocks within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
You will analyze, test, and optimize performance
You will be responsible for documenting tech and logic
YOUR PROFILE
To be successful in this role you must be tech-savvy, passionate about the digital marketing world, and always in tune with the latest trends. You are responsible, structured, and self-motivated which enables you to turn ideas into actions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are able to collaborate and be a true team player.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
Strong analytical thinking and a deep understanding of KPIs to strengthen the marketing position and drive growth
Solid experience within digital marketing tools, ideally already within customer engagement platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Project management skills and stakeholder management experience
You work fluent in English since this is our corporate language
