We are now looking for a People Data Analyst (Workday tool) to join our team in Global Business Services (GBS).
You can be located in one of our locations in Ostrava (Czech Republic), Helsinki (Finland), Ostrołęka (Poland), Riga (Latvia), Stockholm (Sweden) or Tallin (Estonia).
We work on hybrid mode, combination of working from the office and from home.
You will report to the Director, Platforms, tools and engineering.
About the position
We successfully launched Workday into global use in January 2023, and after a year of stabilization period we have now good and firm basis to continue to develop our core HCM system. The following modules are in scope: core, compensation, talent, performance, recruiting and prism.
In the role you will have the following key responsibilities:
Take ownership of the existing configured reporting and analytics portfolio within Workday and continue to develop new elements that will bring the insights for people managers.
Collect reporting and analytics requirements from stakeholders and align priorities with Workday Analytics Lead.
Convert requirements into design proposals and solution concept that are having best fit to Workday reporting capabilities, e.g. utilizing Discovery Boards or traditional reports and dashboards.
Configure new reports, dashboards and analytics solutions to meet the requirements.
Maintain all reporting and analytics components and seek Workday support when required.
Be part of Workday release upgrade process among Workday team, including evaluation of new functionalities and their business impact, ensure sufficient testing and plan roadmap for the future.
Make sure that managers and HR have all required reports connected to continuous and cyclic key People processes.
Take data quality into account with all own activities and provide visibility to data quality status thru reports for all People & Culture community.
Provide support and training for managers, employees and HR on people analytics.
What do you need to be successful in this position
Skills we expect you to have/ mandatory request:
Required proven track record on Workday functional role for 4 + years with additional focus to Workday reporting for 1 year
Experience in relatable positions
Interest in data and analytics and have strong analytical and data management skills
Proactive and have self-motivated approach including passion to find and develop solutions
Attention to details and ability to use critical thinking
Ability to consider report design and development from different point of views
Ability to solve problems and implement technical solutions
