Bring your talent, creativity and passion for communication and storytelling into play to support our team in creating engaging end-user focused visual communication materials for our global Workplace Experience team.  
 

Core Responsibilities

  • Co-create engaging and visually compelling communication material for various platforms across the organization (including internal SharePoint sites and Viva Engage groups).
  • Help create an aligned visual identity for Workplace Experience and help ensure that we communicate as One LEGO Team.
  • Design impactful presentations and templates using MS PowerPoint.
  • Assist on various other projects related to workplace experience with project coordination and engagement sessions.
  • Consolidate and oversee our visual asset bank and SharePoint site, ensuring a well-organized and accessible repository for our team.
  • Support us with ad-hoc tasks like simple tasks in MS Excel.

The Workplace Innovation team is part of the broader Workplace Experience team within the People, Places and Culture department at the LEGO Group. We are a dedicated bunch of workplace specialists who obsess over how we can create the best possible workplace experience for our LEGO colleagues. You'll be collaborating closely with various team members and working in different project team constellations, offering you the opportunity to glean insights from a wide array of expertise and working styles.

As a Visual Communication Student Worker, you will be supporting all stages of workplace experience, from new concepts and strategies to workplace project design and execution and on-going workplace services and operations.

In this role you will have the unique opportunity to use your creativity and imagination to the fullest, while having fun and learning what it means to be a part of a truly global team and organization.

Do you have what it takes?

  • You are pursuing a bachelor (4th semester and beyond) or have started your master’s degree in Communication Design, Marketing, Brand Management, or another design or communication related field of study at a Danish University or Business School.
  • You are passionate about visual storytelling and skilled in translating information and concepts into compelling visuals.
  • You can write engaging and captivating stories easily in English.
  • You are an experienced user of the Microsoft Office package, especially MS PowerPoint and SharePoint, and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
  • You have a team spirit and thrive in a collaborative team environment, where we succeed and grow together.
  • You have an interest in learning more about project coordination and facilitation.
  • You are available to work up to 15 hours per week or more (one day from our Headquarters in Billund).
