Corporate Analyst - DNB Sweden

The Customer Analysis Section (CAS) at DNB Corporate Banking is now looking to add an analyst to the team to cover large corporate clients within Industrials, Retail, and Service.

We are currently 16 analysts covering a wide range of sectors including asset-based business, corporates and financial institutions. Analysts report to Head of CAS but are an important member of the customer team and also belong to respective Sector Industry. 

About the role:

As an Analyst within CAS you will work in close collaboration with Client Managers on new transactions and the existing portfolio. Your main responsibility is to prepare high quality credit papers for decision-makers and take responsibility for the credit process. The role involves credit risk assessment, evaluating our client’s business model from an industry sector perspective, and financial modelling to evaluate debt-serving capacity. Other tasks include industry analysis and follow-up and coordinate relevant matters on existing clients.

Profile:

We seek applicants from various backgrounds and seniority level, however practical experience from credit analysis within the corporate space is a clear advantage. We believe that candidates have an academic degree from a relevant area such as accounting, finance or similar and some analytical work experience.

To succeed in the role, you come with an analytical and curious mindset, great collaboration skills and interest to develop industry knowledge. You communicate efficiently in speech and writing with proficiency in English and Swedish/Norwegian. We seek someone with the ability to take initiative and work independently in an agile environment. Moreover, a structured approach, the ability to prioritize work tasks and deliver in a timely manner are highly valuable qualities when working at CAS.
