What we offer:

As part of our Air & LCL business transformation, you will play a vital role in our digital transformation journey through the implementation of Cargo Wise 1 for our Air & LCL business worldwide. You will be part of the Business Change team where we are committed to team work with diversity, equity and inclusion as true enablers for driving our teams towards success. You are key for a successful onboarding of countries and will drive the needed activities to manage change that it will bring to stakeholders in the end to end process. At the end of the day, you will ensure that the right stakeholders are involved at the right time, with the right knowledge, in the right manner and equip them with what is needed to adopt well to the new way of working. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Execute and support continuous improvement of the business change management playbook  

  • Drive readiness activities across waves for countries in scope from onboarding to closure of hyper care 

  • Communicate, manage and follow-up a set of agreements and activities that must be in place before go-live, from an end-user perspective and across all five E2E processes (including data and process readiness) 

  • Mobilize the country teams, prepares and schedules the meetings 

  • Coach the area business implementation manager to drive readiness E2E 

  • Coordinate that personas and journeys are identified and documented 

  • Identify corresponding training needs and coordinates to ensure the trainings are conducted in the right manner 

  • Business testing is coordinated and aligned with business 

  • Coordinate and support area project team with local coordination of Hypercare 

  • Deep dive on adoption levels and drive actions to improve during Hypercare 

  • Across all phases to identify potential bottlenecks and escalate impediments 

  • Fully dedicated to implementation of CW1 for next 1-2 years, when allocation to other strategic project change management could come up 

What we are looking for: 

  • Experience with air & LCL processes and understanding of system functionalities of Cargo Wise 

  • Excellent (sr.) stakeholder management skills 

  • Concise and clear communicator 

  • Ability to lead and motivate the team for success 

  • Ability to collaborate well across different functions, cultures and organizational levels  

  • Ability to own and drive multiple priorities at the same time to completion 

  • Good understanding of the air & LCL global processes and system functionalities of Cargo Wise 

  • Experience in leading cross functional (system) implementations 

  • Multiple language skills is a plus
