Core Responsibilities
- Participate in driving the overall vision and long-term strategic direction for LEGO® CLASSIC, LEGO® CREATOR and LEGO® Minifigures
- Regularly collect data from both internal and external sources and identify relevant insights related to business, industry, competition, consumer & trends, which can encourage future development of new, phenomenal experiences for our consumers and shoppers
- Special focus on continuously monitoring and analyzing on business performance to understand market dynamics
- Work with the extended team on annual assortment strategy and plan a profitable and productive product portfolio for a broad audience of consumers
- Co-develop strong global selling-in materials highlighting key strengths and benefits for markets and distribution channels to support our assortment
- Support key marketing operations functions such as business case and marketing asset production, securing a strong core DNA and clear visual identity across every touchpoint
- Collaborate with partners in LEGO ecosystem to ensure strong brand presence
- Learn about and follow the LEGO Development Process, applying our internal tools to support portfolio development from early planning to launch

LEGO® CLASSIC, LEGO® CREATOR and LEGO® Minifigures are all part of Product Group Core Businesses. In this team we focus on innovating and growing our mature franchises to ensure they continue to thrive as our biggest drivers of active consumer base, commercial contribution, and brand equity.
The Global Marketing Department is responsible for crafting and encouraging consumer demand for LEGO bricks by converting consumer, shopper and market insights into compelling & innovative product lines, marketing strategies + campaigns.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven track record of growing brand and turning consumer, shopper and market insights into recommendations and actions
- Experience in developing communication assets
- A curious mind to understand business context and drivers; an independent self-starter with analytical skills and result orientation
- A team-player with a collaborative mentality to be part of our diverse team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Minimal travel required
