Job Description
• Expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks and EA Governance
• Knowledge of Cloud Transformation Journey in the End User Space that includes but not limited to M365, Analytics, Self-Heal, Storage and Backup on cloud for OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.,
• Coordinate activities and plan structurally ahead to develop a value generating IT-Architecture
• Works with Business SMEs / Technology/ Data architects to build EA Strategy/ Assessment / Target state Architecture / Transformation Roadmap
• Ensures that the Architecture is designed for production with integrity, enables migration to future systems and can be delivered efficiently while maximizing re-use.
• Drives continuous digital transformation and manages the EA repository
• Provide insight, thought leadership and innovation to ensure that the solution meets the client’s business goals.
• Location (Onsite): Bangalore

Primary Skills
• Strong Enterprise Architecture experience including IT Strategy, Assessment, Governance, Architecture blueprint and roadmap.
• Any EA certification or Familiarity in any EA tool (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) will be a added advantage
• 10-15 years of experience in the IT industry
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in areas like Workplace Services, Service Desk, Collaboration, Mobile Device Management, etc.,
• Hand-on experience in:
o Migrations e.g., MS Exchange to O365 or M365
o SharePoint Administration on Cloud
o InTune Autopilot and Migrations
o Identity and Access Management (Okta, CA IAM, OIM, etc.,)
o Mobile Device Management – Intune, Airwatch, etc.,
o SCCM Deployments and Patching . AV Management,
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect – Workplace Services in any domain
• Good knowledge in different Architecture frameworks, Reference models and Reference Architectures
• Should have strong consulting, coaching, skill development and communications experience.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills
• Familiarity in Cloud migration and Cloud strategy in Workplace Services Areas
• Passionate to Research for arriving at alternate designs and approaches.
• Applying creativity in the Architecture design to influence the decision making.
• Able to visualize the big picture involving Business Process, Data, Application, Technical and Information Security aspects of the Enterprise Architecture

Secondary Skills
• Strong Enterprise Architecture experience in any business domains.
• Capability to see the big picture and apply strong levels of business acumen to define strategy, assess the IT landscape, create roadmaps and approach.
• Leveraging the EA frameworks, Reference Architectures, Design Patterns, templates, or methods to drive and govern the EA related decisions.
• Good understanding in digital transformation and application modernization.
• Ability to articulate complex technical matters to non-technical individuals, both within the client and Capgemini.
• Experience in working with Agile Delivery teams.
• Ability to develop teams as well as provide leadership and management to other architects and technical SMEs.
